Our Story
At Petal and Herb our plants are grown with the best practices for preserving our environment. We utilize organic products to grow and manage our plants all season long. From seed to harvest we provide the most sustainable and environmental care known to us. We are committed to learning and developing new systems to become a zero waste farm.
Petal and Herb Farm was developed as an extension of our public health organization, The Cool Choice. As horticulture teachers and nutrition education advocates, we felt the need to push the boundaries of our skills to offer quality products for our students' learning. This turned into diving headfirst into Agriculture!
Who knew that we’d absolutely adore farming?! Our small family farm is an ecosystem of nature that we never experienced before. On the farm we produce flowers, vegetables, berries, herbs and microgreens all on 5 acres of land. As we continue to grow and develop our farm our mission will always remain the same: To create products and experinces are nutritional and therapeutic.

With more than six years in horticulture, Brooklyn Hill is the heart behind this Colorado flower farm. As a wife, mother, and artist, she draws inspiration from life on the land—surrounded by her family, farm animals, and a lifelong love of photography—to create floral experiences rooted in beauty, seasonality, and connection
